Ever since I was small, I’ve loved three things:
1 - helping people (or animals)
2 - creativity (honestly, look how creative that 2002 outfit is right there)
3 - problem solving

Over the years, I’ve wondered how I can merge the three to create a super, mega combo job that fulfils me, brings me joy, and let’s me be myself. I began as a wedding and headshot photographer, before moving over to birth photography and becoming renowned in my field, all while mentoring other photographers all over the globe on how to create a joyful, meaningful and profitable photography business for themselves. I’ve since turned that into The Outpost, a fully comprehensive mentorship course, and now, well here we are.

Your coaching & everything it has to offer

  • Over the next 3 months, we will create a programme that fits your niche and industry and discover the thins that make you shine and stand out. There are photographers waiting to learn from you! All learning is completed online as we ‘meet’ once a week to discuss your goals.

  • I am not the type of gal to onboard you as a student and leave you to figure it out by yourself. No, ma’am. I am available for email support 5 days a week, and you are able to schedule additional 1-1 video calls up to 1x per week, on top of our weekly check in.

  • We will spend as many weeks as we need identifying the blocks and gaps and self-limiting doubts you may have and create a plan to banish them, so you can create a mentorship programme that works for you. Tailored tasks will be assigned at the end of every call.

  • I have teamed up with some of the leading industry experts to bring you discounts to help your mentorship business thrive, from rebranding to website design. By becoming part of The Staff Room, you will automatically receive 20% off new branding images with me. (Then we get to meet in person and hug and high five!)

  • Once you have onboarded three new mentees, they will be invited to fill out a feedback and evaluation form from their time working with you. Once this is complete and you have reached the criteria, you will be awarded your certification to post proudly on your website.

  • Who says self employed folk need to be lonely folk? All new students in The Staff Room coaching programme will get to meet and discuss progress once a month in an online party. You will have access to our group hangs for 12 months from onboarding.

  • No, sonny! I’m not for everyone, and everyone is not for me. The beauty in personalised coaching is that we tailor it to the individual and their strengths.

  • I am available for unlimited email support 5 days a week, and you are able to schedule additional 1-1 video calls up to 1x per week, on top of our weekly check in.

  • How long is a piece of string? However long you cut it. If you put in the work and dedicate yourself to making your mentorship the best it can be, then there is no reason why it should not be successful. I cannot make you work hard, that has to come from you.

  • I will be offering group coaching for students who select that offer in the Basics to Business course.

  • YES! I have worked with so many amazing photographers worldwide and am delighted to coach anyone ad everyone who comes along for the ride.

  • I wholeheartedly believe in makng sure everyone who wants the training, can get it, regardless of their financial situation. There are payment plans listed at the bottom, and I offer disability and minority discounts of a further 10% for those who need it. Please get in touch via email to discuss this.
